Cake Batter Truffles

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup yellow cake mix--not mixed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sprinkles
- 16 oz almond bark
Directions
- Beat sugar and eggs
- Add cake mix, flour, salt, and vanilla.
- If the dough is too stiff add as much milk as needed (Usually just a few tablespoons)
- Mix in the sprinkles as desires.
- Form into balls on a pan or plate and place in refrigerator or freezer to firm.
- while they are firming, melt the almond mark on stove or in microwave
- Dip balls into melted almond bark and place on wax paper to harden.
- Once all are dipped, place in fridge until serving.
