Hello, and thank you for viewing my blog! Since I was a child I have always loved baking. So, I thought it would be a great idea to create a place online where I could share recipes, pictures, and tips on baking with other people who enjoy the same thing. Please feel free to look around, comment, share, post, follow (must sign in with gmail) and most importantly, try out some recipes!
My friends and I are obsessed with Bean Dip, so I decided to take matters into my own time. I'm a big fan of black beans and I hope you are too! This recipe is one of the simplest that I have ever made--and most delicious. Let me know what you think. It may look a little unappetizing as you are mixing it. Don't give up though! Feel free to add chopped peppers, onions, sour cream, whatever!
Ingredients
1 can of black beans
1 can of refried beans
chopped green onion (as much as you want)
shredded cheese (as much as you want)
1 sliced jalapeno pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
In a bowl, mix together all beans and green onion
Pour mixture into a round of square glass dish. Top with shredded cheese and pepper
Cook for about 25 minutes or until cheese and beans are completely heated
